Compressed air is an ideal energy source for many production process. Trouble free & operationally safe production is achieved by dry & clean air. |
Compressed air leaving a compressor & after cooler is saturated with moisture, dust, oil (in lub, compressor & other particles) which is responsible for major problems i.e. Moisture washes away lubricants there by increasing wear & tear for expensive pneumatic instruments. Moisture from sticky emulsion with did, scale & oil, plug precision orifices resulting in shutdown. Corrosion of pipe lines & pneumatic instruments. |
In process industries, moisture can react chemically or contaminate the product by forming unwanted compound. By installing MARINE Air Dryer in the compressed air system moisture related problems can be eliminated. |

Marine Utility Equipments offers compressed pressure vessels having volumetric capacity range from 300 Ltrs to 20,000 Ltrs., fabricated as per IS-2825/ ASME SEC-VMI, DIV-1 codes and SS-304/IS-2062/IS-2002 as material of construction. |
All Compressed air tanks are stage wise inspected as per relevant code requirement. The small capacity air receivers can be supplied up to a working pressures of 100 kg/Cm2g and are provided with all necessary fittings and accessories like inlets per ANSI-B16.5, Pr. Gauges. Safety Valves and Auto/Manual Drain Cocks etc. |

Casing: Cooling Tower Casing is made of selected grade materials of tough Fibre Glass Reinforced Polyester & resins, etc. Additional embossing is done for extra strength in case of big cooling towers. |
Fill: MUE's Honeycomb & ring type P.V.C fills are used for extended contact area having a high heat transfer efficiency. The crossing of air & water streams in close proximity which creates a diffused turbulence conducive to evaporation & efficient heat transfer. |
Water Basin: is completely leak proof which avoids spillage & seepage of water. It is of deep sump design to ensure maximum water level at all times & made up of FRP with additional stiffening to take care of extra water weight. However RCC basin is recommended for capacities 300TR and above. |
Sprinkler: MUE's specially designed rotary sprinkler head is made of PVC/aluminium alloy to avoid corrosion, also fitted with sealed ball bearings to take care of thrust & radial loads. S.S. & Brass sprinklers are also provided at an extra cost. |
Fan: MUE cast aluminium alloy fan is of aero dynamic designed axial flow type to achieve high efficiency. FRP fan set can also be supplied on request at extra cost. |
